We can provide private label for your brand in full color by using our DTF Private Labeling service.

We only provide private labeling services for:

Garments dyed by Shadow Shifter. These garments can be provided by the customer or we can provide you with t-shirts we have successfully dye tested.
All garments must have tearaway tags to use our private label printing service.

We provide private label printing services using DTF heat transfers at our factory in New Jersey on the East Coast of the U.S.A. .

All our services are on-line for an accurate process.

NOTE: We only provide private label printing services for our products or products from our custom dyeing services that have tearaway tags.

1. UPLOAD

When you place your order, you can upload your logo in your on-line account.

Logo Artwork Specifications:

fomats are AI, PDF, EPS, PNG or any format that allows transparent backgrounds.
files must be in 300dpi if they are not vector files.
can be in vector or rasterized formats.
Vector files must be provided in outlines.
Artwork will be sized to fit the neck label template.

2. APPROVE

We will mockup your uploaded logo into our neck label template.

The neck templates will show:

Your logo
Care instructions including care symbols
Material percentage
Size of garment abbrevated in English, Spanish and French
RN # of manufacturer

Once the neck labels are approved, we move forward to printing on an availability schedule.

3. PRINT

We use DTF printing technology to create your private labels.

This new printing system, prints your images on a transfer film with the high resolution color first and then a background layer of white to make the colors pop. The film is then processed with special equipment to make a final transfer film.

We heat press the transfer film into the neck of your garments and peel away the film to leave your design in full high res color.

We also provide printing services fro left chest prints, front chest prints and back prints.
