YOUR GARMENTS

We need to test dye your garments for these requirements:

• Dye obsorbtion.  Some materials have a finish that cannot be penetrated fully and will not fully accept dyes.
• Washfastness.  Once the garment is dyed, we test it's washing ability to retain the dye.
• Shrinkage.  We test for horizontal and vertical shrinkage during dyeing.

Our t-shirts are already tested so we can move immediately forward with dyeing.

We process volume orders at a batch capacity of 10,000 for 1 delivery.  We require the next 10,000 delivery to arrive 1 week before we ship a batch so we can continue dyeing.

If Private Label is required, the schedule will be updated for each 10,000 unit delivery and 10,000 unit shipment according to our labeling speed with other projects.

Final garments are boxed into the boxes they arrive in and pallatized for freight pickup, which is arranged by the customer.

We will request your logo for the neck labels in either vector or rasterized format.  We will create the neck label layouts for approval with all necessary Federal requirements.

We can produce our neck labels in full color with our DTF printing technology.

All neck labels are heat transfer labels.  No woven labels.

Your finished garments will be packed back into the boxes they came in.

Boxes will be stacked and palletized on standard 48"x48" pallets up to a hight of 80".  These pallet will not be stackable.

The customer is responsible for arranging freight pickup at our dye house in New Jersey.
