Return/Refund/Loss/Damaged Policy

We have a 14 days return policy for exchange of size or color.

Returns are paid for by the customer at the customers expense and we will ship the exchanged t-shirt to the customer at our expense.

Any defective product will be exchanged free of charge for return and replacement.

We do not accept returns of merchandise for any other reason except exchange for size/color or a defect.

Loss of Goods/Damage Goods by Fulfillment Service Provider

All lost or damaged goods by a Fulfillment Service Provider will be reimbursed in the full replacement value for either of the two following product types:

1. Wholesale Manufactured Products Loss or Damaged

Replacement value will be provided for our manufactured products stating the wholesale value as defined at the present rate to our wholesale customers under the categories of 'Wholesale USA Blanks' and 'Wholesale USA Retail'.  This will be provided as a Commercial Invoice showing the costs of goods.

2. Products we resell from a 3rd party supplier

Replacement value will be provided for any products that are from a 3rd party supplier with proof of purchase by a Commercial Invoice stating the value of products, shipping costs, venders address and our address. This invoice will also specify that the invoice was paid and the date of payment.

Penalties for unpaid loss of goods by Fulfillment Service Provider

If acknowledgement of liability to pay for lost goods is not received once we have provided proof of purchase or manufacturing wholesale costs after 3 attempts to the Fulfillment Service Provider we will charge a $100.00 USD per day penalty fee for every day 48 hours after providing proof of purchase or manufacturing wholesale costs a 3rd time.

This penalty will continue until either the Fulfillment Service Provider acknowledges the owed amount for loss of goods/damage to goods or penalties reach $2000.00 USD.  

Penalties will not be waved if the Fulfillment Service Provider pays the loss of goods/damage to goods costs once penalties have been incurred.  When the loss of goods/damage to goods costs are paid an invoice for any penalties will be issued.

None payment of loss of goods/damage to goods and/or penalties incurred will result in a court filing to compel payment.
